Our story
SunBlaze was conceived with a simple yet ambitious idea: to create cozy private retreats in the coastal serenity of Goa. The founders of the company leveraged their decades of experience and exposure to resources and modern luxury living trends into building homes that promise to embellish the landscape of beautiful Goa.

Since establishing Lagoo Builders in 1997, he has delivered residential, commercial, and hospitality projects that balance functional design with timeless aesthetics. His forward-looking approach, coupled with an uncompromising commitment to quality, has led to successful ventures including Hotel O2 and a partnership in Hyatt Place Sangli.
